today's message

I've seen this posted in our yahoogroups page and so glad to have read it today. So timely.

We complain about the cross we bear but don't realize it is preparing us for the dip in the road that God can see and we can't.

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain,
there will always be sunshine, after the rain....

Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall;
But God's always ready, to answer your call.....

He knows every heartache, sees every tear,
a word from His lips, can calm every fear...

Your sorrows may linger, throughout the night,
But suddenly vanish, dawn's early light...

The Savior is waiting, somewhere above,
to give you His grace, and send you His love...

God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage.

One thing I'll surely miss now I'll be handling a different team and platform.  Thank you Jessica, for making our brief partnership a fun-filled yet enriching experience.

After a tearful trip to the office while listening to Hillsong’s Still, here’s an excerpt from today’s Psalm that made me realize that God is really with me:

Thank you Lord for your words that give my grieving heart some comfort when I need it the most.
When the just cry out, the LORD hears and rescues them from all distress.
The LORD is close to the brokenhearted, saves those whose spirit is crushed.
Psalms 34:18-19

I’m loving this green headband from Leo. Fabulous!

This can go well with some of my cocktail dresses and perfect as a costume accessory on stage.
